To be quite honest with you, your company has very little to improve on.
1) For starters i was dealing with Hev by email two weeks leading up to my visit and most importantly he replied quickly to all my questions and concerns, no matter how small.
2) I was picked up at airport within minutes of arrival. i was not left there baking in the heat. The staff at liberia location was top shelf and all gentlemen.
3) There was a mix up with my car so I had to pick it up in San Jose instead and one staff drove me to catch the bus and I mean chase the bus down a couple miles from town. The San Jose staff stayed on the job till past ten JUST FOR ME. What other company would do that? I have traveled to over 40 countries and that was the first time anyone ever made that kind of effort. Thanks again Tatiana and another man. Sorry Im am very bad with names.
4) There were no “sorry sir” bulcrap that we all get from other companies, rather just clear, consice instructions in dealing with what ever problem or concerns that always comes up on the fly when things dont go always to the plan. Believe me i’ve had a couple issues as you might have heard haha! In general your company runs like clock work with everyone going the extra mile for the company and that attitude refects directly in the benefit of their handling of the customers. For example I was in the San Jose office on a very busy day with alot of customers coming in and coming out, man it was nuts but everyone of your staff keeped there cool and as a resullt the customers sense the calm professionalizm of the staff and that calm tranfered back to the customers in their understanding of any wait time. What I mean by that is, because the staff kept cool heads the customers did the same and didn’t feel inconvenienced and at the very least were more understanding or the delays. As I said it was busy
5) I was involved in an accident and still I had no trouble getting in touch with Tatiana after hours and in minutes an insurance guy was there, police wow! I live in Canada and beleive we dont have no one from insurance company at the scene…..I took note!
6) Next day I felt like I was in shit for getting in an accident, even though it was not my fault, but still part of me felt guilty for even being involved in the first place. But rather than dwell on the night before Hev once again was a gentleman and explained that a replacement car was being cleaned and ready for me. It was an upgrade from the Yaris. Then he paces me on to Silvio. He explained everything to me and said that he would take me through the whole process from court and paper work. Now let me tell you if i was in the states or anywhere else i would be left to fend for myself.
7) I was taken to court by Silvio and he waited the whole day for this procedure. now that is service! Silvio of course was a class act man.
In a whole nut shell the only complaint i have is that insurance cost so bloody much, even more than the cost of the rental and still you hold on to my deposit. I understand that this is procedure but what was the point of paying for insurance in the first place. Full Coverage should mean Full Coverge.
All in all this was the best experence I ever had dealing with any company bar none. Hev, Tatiana, the Guy that picked me up at the Airport in Liberia and chased down that bus, The manager at Liberia with the backets, George the mechanic, the Guy that stay after hours in San Jose, Silvio and all the other nameless faces that makes your company run so great…..THANK YOU!!!
