I have to say this was an easy and smooth experience. From the pick up at the airport to the excellent customer service at the office I was completely satisfied.

There was someone at the airport right as I got out of immigration and he was very nice and took care of all my luggage, as I had a lot...

Then I get to the office and I was assisted by Anibal, who I must say, is quite professional and had a very nice disposition. He answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Anibal left me with a pleasant impression with your company.

When I return to Costa Rica I will definitely rent from your company again, because of the exceptional customer service I received from your Liberia office.

Would Recommend Vamos to Anyone

The experience was like coming home. This is the third time in three years we have rented from Vamos.

Tizianna made each time perfect. She had everything all ready when we got there. Max picked us up at the airport and was very helpful. The car ran without any problems and was really in good shape.

I would recommend Vamos to anyone looking to rent a vehicle. I have nothing but good to say about the experience.

All Was Wonderful as Usual

I tried to rate this past rental, but it doesn’t let me on Facebook; it says the poll is already completed. Maybe because we rented last month and did the survey that it thinks that I am repeating it again.

All was wonderful as usual. Anibal reserved the perfect car for this trip as usual. Tiziana was great at the counter on arrival and went over everything perfectly. Our return was also great.
